Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 90% refund if cancelled 30 days or more before scheduled arrival.
• 60% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before scheduled arrival.
• No refund if cancelled less than 15 days before scheduled arrival.
• Check-in date change: 10% of total booking amount.
• Primary Guest Name change: 5% of total booking amount.
• Room category downgrade: 5% of total booking amount.
• Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• GST shall be charged as applicable.
• For triple occupancy, any person above 6 years of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
